Evidence of the acquired level of education and qualification or Decision on the recognized educational document of a foreigner or educational document of a foreigner with a confirmation of the submitted request for the recognition of a foreign educational document in accordance with a special law.
Proof of provided accommodation - Real estate certificate, landlord's statement and real estate certificate, employer's confirmation of collective accommodation with an entrepreneur or an entrepreneur registered to provide accommodation services (or other connection between the owner of the apartment and the lessee).
Evidence of means of support - (Evidence of having funds in the account, evidence of personal income based on employment in the last three months or employer's confirmation/statement of the employee's income). It is necessary for the foreigner to have funds or a certificate/statement in the amount of at least €10 for each day of the requested stay.
Evidence - criminal record from the Ministry of Justice, of more than 6 months for a criminal offense for which he is being prosecuted ex officio or that the legal consequences of the conviction have ceased.
Proof from the CRPS - proof of registration of a legal or natural person based in Montenegro (excerpt from the central register of economic entities).
It is necessary to register the address of residence.
No document may be older than 3 months.
Health insurance (insurance policy in Montenegro or health card).
Medical certificate - issued by the competent health institution in Montenegro.
A written offer from the employer to employ a foreigner in a specific workplace.
